1. Who we are

LimitedHub ("we", "us", "LimitedHub") is a collective offering CGI and 3D visualization, motion design, tutorials, and a marketplace for 3D assets. You can reach us at limited0hub0business@gmail.com for anything related to these Terms.

By creating an account or using LimitedHub, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site.

2. Who can use LimitedHub

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. If you're signing up on behalf of a company, you're confirming you have the authority to accept these Terms for that company.

3. Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for anything that happens under your account. Let us know right away if you think someone else has access to it.

You can ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing us - we'll do it within 30 days. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms, misuses the marketplace, or is used for anything illegal.

4. Buying: payments through Gumroad

All products and tutorials are paid for through Gumroad. Gumroad acts as the merchant of record: it processes your payment, charges any applicable tax, issues your receipt and delivers the files to your Gumroad library. Gumroad's own terms and privacy policy apply to the checkout. Prices are shown on the listing; the final price, including tax, is the one shown at Gumroad's checkout.

To have a purchase show up on your LimitedHub account (for example to unlock a tutorial), use the same email address on Gumroad as on your LimitedHub account.

5. Refunds and the right of withdrawal

Our products are digital content delivered immediately. By completing a purchase you ask for the content to be delivered straight away and acknowledge that, once you have downloaded or accessed it, you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal that consumers in the EU otherwise have.

That means we don't normally refund a product once it has been downloaded or a tutorial once it has been accessed. We will fix or refund it if the file is broken, missing, or substantially different from what the listing described. Email us within 14 days of the purchase with your Gumroad receipt; approved refunds are issued through Gumroad. This doesn't limit any rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

6. The marketplace and your license

The marketplace lets LimitedHub and other approved creators ("sellers") list digital 3D assets for sale. Every listing is reviewed before it goes live.

License you get when you buy an asset: unless the listing says otherwise, purchasing a product gives you a non-exclusive license to use that asset in your own personal or commercial projects (renders, animations, games, client work). You may not: resell, redistribute, or re-upload the raw source file itself (as a standalone asset, on another marketplace, or for free); claim you created it; or use it in a way that would let someone else extract and reuse the raw file independently of your project.

7. Selling on LimitedHub

If you're an approved creator, your products are sold through LimitedHub's Gumroad store. Gumroad's own fee is taken from each sale first; of what's left, you get 90% and LimitedHub keeps a 10% commission. Free downloads earn nothing for either side.

Earnings become available 14 days after each sale (Gumroad's refund window). Once your available balance reaches the minimum (200 PLN, or $50 / €50 for sales in those currencies), you can request a payout from your Creator dashboard and we send it by PayPal or bank transfer to the details you saved there, usually within a few working days. Refunded or disputed sales aren't paid out, and if a sale is refunded after you were paid, we may deduct it from your next payout. You're responsible for any tax due on your own income.

By submitting a listing you confirm that you created the asset or own all the rights needed to sell it, including the rights to any textures, references, logos or brand designs it contains, and that it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights. You, as the author, are responsible for the content you list. You give LimitedHub permission to show your listing, its images and videos, and your public profile on the site and in our promotion of the marketplace.

We can refuse, edit the presentation of, or remove any listing at our discretion - for example if it breaks these Terms, misleads buyers, or receives a credible rights complaint.

8. Tutorials and courses

Tutorials and courses are a one-time purchase that gives you access to that specific item for your own personal learning use, for as long as LimitedHub offers it. You may not share your account or the content itself with people who haven't purchased it.

9. Custom projects

Getting in touch via "Start a Project" is just the start of a conversation, not an order - scope, pricing, and timeline for any custom CGI, motion design, or web project get agreed separately before any work begins.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload or sell content you don't have the rights to.
• Use the site to distribute malware, spam, or anything illegal.
• Try to break, bypass, or abuse the site's security or access controls.
• Scrape or bulk-download the site's content outside of normal use.
• Impersonate someone else or misrepresent your affiliation with LimitedHub.

11. Reporting copyright or other violations

If you believe something on LimitedHub infringes your rights, email us at limited0hub0business@gmail.com with a link to the content, what you own, and how to reach you. We'll review it, may take the content down while we do, and will let the creator respond.

12. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

LimitedHub is provided "as is" - things may break, change, or move around without notice. To the extent allowed by law, we're not liable for indirect losses (like lost profits or lost data) arising from your use of the site. Nothing here limits liability where the law doesn't allow it to be limited (for example, in cases of fraud or gross negligence) or limits your rights as a consumer.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the site evolves. We'll update the date at the top when we do. Continuing to use LimitedHub after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
